Paradoxes in my Brain!
Do you remember how lovely it was last month for me to "be in the flow" and "just be in the place of not knowing?" Well, now I shift between feeling great not knowing and "Oh my G-d, what is next!" Those gremlins come in and out and YES, I still have to do my Gremlin work! My house sold and I am living in my rental house. It is beautiful and has a great energy about it. It is peaceful and I am happy and THEN the GREMLIN MONSTER takes over and I start asking myself, "what's next?" "What if the house sells, where should I live?" "Sedona, Oregon, Haifa, Tucson?" "I want to know what is next." "I want to go with the flow and just be where I am right now and enjoy the moment!" Can any of you relate to this?
What helps? A meditation we did at the retreat...Holding my hand on my heart and breathing, slowly, in for 5 seconds, out for 5 seconds.
Really, do it. It works!

There will be a short teaching segment, followed by a "master-mind" type of group coaching discussion, in which we all hold each other accountable for living our goals and dreams and stepping up to the next level!
OK, and here's the BEST part, it will only cost you $60/month for weekly coaching!!!!
That's $15/per week!
OK, well, I understated the best part...there is even a BETTER part...the calls will be recorded so if you have to miss one, it will show up in your e-mail inbox! What a deal!

This book addresses the connections between diet and behavior, with great research, great suggestions and many examples of children who were helped by the Feingold Diet, including her own child, Laura.
