Is for Something New
September seems to have new meaning to me these days. It use to
be school is starting, but without children at home, it's just
different. In Sedona, September is when the heat lets up and we
can venture outside. I know that springtime is supposed to represent
a time for new beginnings, but for me, it is the fall.
As
I venture outside, I ask all of you to join me in venturing inside
your heart and soul. Do something new this month, something fun
that will take you out of your comfort zone yet move you closer
to letting out the real authentic you. What would that look like?
Well, for me, I'm getting my old red bike out of the garage and
I will ride and remember the joy of riding a bicycle! How about
you? What will you do?

11th is the final Women's Retreat Transitions: Welcoming
in the New Energy! We know in our heart and soul that it's
time to clear out the old, unhealthy, habitual ways and welcome
in changes we might only dream about. What we think about, what
we believe, and what we focus on is a much more reliable indication
of our future.
In
this retreat, you will learn how to stay grounded while others
around you are not. Healthy meals, great atmosphere, and loads
of laughter in a relaxing and beautiful setting. Relaxing massage
or reading if available by Laura Pokorny at $50 per session,
an EMF Balancing session offered by Lark Tucker (www.larktucker.com)
in Jerome. Only three sessions are available for each on Friday
from 10-2 pm.
