What is Personal Life Coaching ?

Life coaching is a new approach to personal growth. A personal life coach supports YOU to take actions needed to live the life you deserve. With a personal life coach, you find clarity and direction in your life.

Life coaching helps you "stay the course" on your individual path. As a coaching client, you are a whole, creative, and resourceful person. With coaching you discover what makes you......YOU!

As your personal life coach, I hold you big... knowing that you can live your life according to your inner values, rather than according to all those "shoulds" that are placed upon you by others. Some coaching clients choose to gear up and take action, while others choose to slow down and just "be".

I love working with people going through divorce and other life transitions. I believe that relationships are the core of our personal growth, and that this growth is reflected in the way we respond to others. Furthermore, I believe that even a traumatic breakup is ultimately for our highest spiritual good. It is my job to help you recognize the gifts that life is offering you and to assist you in being the very best you can be.
