Transcend Through Divorce

The changes during divorce and separation are devastating for most people. With change, no matter how positive it is, you will need to find grounding and get back on your life's path. The purpose of this class is to assist people in moving forward and through the process of divorce.

You have a choice about how you deal with your divorce. You can go through it angry and bitter or you can grow through it, learn, and transcend from your past marriage. This 10 week class takes you through the stages of divorce, relationship issues, how to help with your children through this process, and steps to rebuild your life once again.

The benefits you'll receive from this class are:

• a better understanding of the divorce process from both legal and emotional points of view
• learning to use powerful language
• gaining clearer boundaries
• identifying and using your support system
• understanding the effects of divorce on children
• gathering new ideas on how to discuss divorce with your children and
